<正> 防止坝基中的渗漏十分重要。因为很多工程的失事是由于基岩中的渗漏造成的。例如,前面已经提到的美国圣-佛兰西斯重力坝的失事,就是因为渗漏使坝基中的第三系红色砾岩强度降低而引起的。又如,1871年在阿尔及利亚建成的弗尔古(Fergoug)重力
