单组份聚氨酯防水涂料性能研究及在猴子岩水电站的应用Study on performance of one-component polyurethane waterproof coating and its application to Houziyan Hydropower Station

摘要(Abstract):
为了验证KLJ~?-P302s单组份聚氨酯材料作为坝面防水涂料的可靠性,参照猴子岩水电站坝面防水涂料的设计要求测试了其拉伸性能、粘结强度、抗渗压力、不透水性、离子渗透性、抗冻性及耐腐蚀性等指标。实验结果表明:未涂刷聚氨酯涂料的试件抗冻性经过100次冻融循环后显著劣化,涂刷聚氨酯涂料后经过300次冻融循环后未见混凝土有劣化趋势;涂刷单组份聚氨酯后,常温混凝土电通量从326C下降为0,隔绝了氯离子等侵蚀性介质锈蚀钢筯的通道,显著提升了混凝土及钢纤维的耐久性。实际应用表明,单组份聚氨酯涂层施工操作时间合理,涂料固化时间约2 h,避免了阳光曝晒导致溶剂急剧挥发形成鼓包和突然降雨冲击涂膜形成坑洞等病害。该材料在20 000 m~2的施工过程中表现出良好的施工性和合理的固化速度,充分证明了其是水工大坝防水涂料的优异选择。
